What do we offer?

• Gross hourly wage between €18.44 and €23.82
• Good employment conditions in accordance with the Wholesale Fruit & Vegetables CLA
• Monday to Friday working in two shifts:
• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Working every other Saturday in the morning shift

What will you do?

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the technical and/or production team
• Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensuring optimal availability and safety of installations
• Supervising external technicians and inspection bodies
• Performing and following up on inspections, audits, and calibrations
• Managing maintenance systems and technical documentation
• Analyzing malfunctions and implementing improvements
• Monitoring safety, quality, and production standards

What do we ask from you?

• MBO+/HBO level education with a technical background
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within technical or production environments
• Experience with maintenance systems and technical installations
• Skilled in planning and registration software
• Strong communication and social skills
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or Polish is a plus
• Quality-conscious, result-driven, and proactive
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
