Vacature Food Quality Specialist 3 Shifts

Are you a natural leader with experience in a production environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to help manage and support the production team.

In this role, you will be closely involved in the daily production process. You will guide employees, keep an eye on quality and safety, and help ensure that production runs efficiently and according to plan.

What will you do?
As a Production Team Leader, you will be the link between the production team and the wider organization. You will make sure employees know what is expected of them and that production activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the daily activities on the production floor;
• Guiding, supporting and motivating production employees;
• Monitoring production planning and progress;
• Ensuring that quality and safety procedures are followed;
• Acting quickly when issues occur during production;
• Supporting employees with questions or operational challenges;
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and workflows;
• Communicating relevant information to colleagues and other departments;
• Keeping track of team performance and production results;
• Contributing to a clean, safe and well-organized workplace.

What will you bring?

• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinating production role;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• A practical, hands-on approach;
• Ability to guide and motivate employees;
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset;
• Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• Fluent English at a minimum B1 level;
• Polish is required;
• Dutch is an advantage.
