In a modern and clean packaging environment, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You work with advanced packaging machines and are responsible for the quality of the final product. Thanks to your technical insight and attention to detail, the production lines continue to operate optimally.

What will you do?
- Setting up and converting packaging lines for different packaging formats
- Operating and monitoring modern production machines
- Supervising the packaging process and product quality
- Recording production data for process improvements and maintenance
- Timely replenishment of foil, labels, and packaging materials
- Detecting and solving minor technical malfunctions
- Supervising and motivating colleagues on the production line
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
What do we ask from you?
- MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
- Technical insight and affinity with machinery
- Experience as an operator is a plus
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of Dutch or Polish is an advantage
- Strong communication and social skills
- You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks
- You are flexible and solution-oriented
