Do you enjoy working with both machines and people, and do you get energy from a smoothly running production line? In Venlo, we have a great opportunity for a Machine Operator within a dynamic and growing production environment.
In this role, you are the main point of contact on the production line. You ensure that the process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, and that your team can perform at its best. Together, you contribute daily to high quality and a stable production process.
What do we offer you?
- A gross hourly wage of €16.56
- Shift allowances on top of your salary
- Work in a two-shift system:
06:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 00:00 - Work within a growing and energetic organisation

What will you do?
- Act as the main point of contact on the production line
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity
- Identify, resolve, or escalate malfunctions and deviations
- Lead, guide, and support employees on the line
- Train and coach new colleagues
- Set up and adjust machines
- Perform first-line technical maintenance
- Prepare and print labels
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organised workplace
What do we ask from you?
- A proactive and motivated work attitude
- Ability to switch quickly and maintain overview under pressure
- Affinity with machines and production environments
- Basic knowledge of the English language (and willingness to improve)
- Good communication and social skills
- Problem-solving ability and a sense of responsibility
- Living in or near Venlo / Grubbenvorst
