Are you an experienced welder who enjoys working on high-quality constructions? For an internationally operating company specialized in mushroom cultivation and composting technology in Venlo, we are looking for a MIG/TIG Welder.
In this role, you will work on a variety of constructions made of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel. Based on technical drawings, you independently assemble products and ensure a high-quality finish. From single pieces to small series: your craftsmanship makes the difference.
What do we offer?
- Gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,800
- Direct employment with the client
- Day shifts:
- Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:15
- Friday from 07:30 to 15:15
- 25 vacation days and 6.5 ADV days
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

What will you do?
- Assembling and welding constructions and sub-assemblies
- Working with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Determining measurements, work sequence, and working method independently
- Performing MIG/MAG and TIG welding tasks
- Checking your own work and ensuring quality standards
- Producing both single pieces and small series
What do we ask from you?
- Experience with MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Good spatial awareness
- VCA, forklift, and/or safe lifting certificates are a plus
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Independent, accurate, and quality-focused working attitude
- Strong communication skills
