Vacature Product Quality Supervisor 3 Shifts

Do you have a strong sense of quality and enjoy taking responsibility in a production environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Shift Leader Quality to join the quality department.

In this position, you will coordinate the quality activities during your shift and work closely with production and other departments. You will help ensure that products meet the required quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

What will you do?
As Shift Leader Quality, you will oversee quality activities during production and support the quality team in their daily work. You will identify deviations, follow up on quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supporting the quality team during your shift;
• Checking product quality throughout the production process;
• Monitoring compliance with food safety and quality procedures;
• Identifying deviations and taking appropriate follow-up actions;
• Evaluating products against established quality standards;
• Recording quality results and maintaining accurate documentation;
• Supporting and coaching quality employees;
• Carrying out quality inspections during production and packaging;
• Performing final product checks when necessary;
• Working together with production, logistics and other internal departments;
• Identifying opportunities to improve quality processes;
• Contributing to practical solutions when quality issues arise;
• Sharing findings and improvement points during team meetings.

What will you bring?

• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating position within production or quality;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Experience coaching or guiding employees;
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
• Good command of English;
• Dutch is an advantage.
