Vacature Food Production Operator 2 Shifts

In this role, you will work with modern production equipment and help ensure that the production process runs efficiently and meets the required quality standards.

What do we offer?

• Gross monthly salary of up to €3,300 including allowances;
• Full-time position in a 2-shift system;
• Working hours from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00;
• Annual bonus of 4.5%;

What will you do?
As a Food Machine Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly. You will monitor the machines, make adjustments when required and ensure that production meets the applicable quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery;
• Setting and adjusting machines for different production runs;
• Carrying out machine changeovers;
• Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions;
• Consulting with the working supervisor when more complex issues occur;
• Performing quality checks and measurements;
• Recording production and quality data;
• Cleaning and inspecting machines and production lines;
• Monitoring the performance and progress of the production line;
• Ensuring a clear handover between shifts;
• Following all applicable quality, hygiene and safety procedures;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process.

What will you bring?

• MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of experience as a machine operator in the food industry;
• Technical understanding and an interest in production technology;
• Experience operating and setting up production machinery;
• A valid forklift certificate;
• A precise and responsible approach to work;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
